Over the last 10 years, I have managed to maintain a healthy lifestyle by adopting a holistic perspective. In my late 20s, I was 50 lbs overweight with a total cholesterol level over 400! I had lost weight a number of times before, only to gain it back again. Feeling miserable and desperate, I had almost given up on trying to achieve my health goals. At the age of 30, I decided to finally take charge of my health. I discovered there was more to weight loss than eating healthier foods, eating fewer calories, and exercising more. I found that factors such as my daily habits, core beliefs, stress, sleep, and time management were also key in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What is your approach to helping others achieve optimal health?
Consistency and accountability are often stumbling blocks and quick fixes do nothing to help achieve lifelong wellness. My holistic approach will introduce practical strategies that work in sync with one’s lifestyle and take individuality into account.
What is your education and training?
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
